ESSAOUIRA FOOD TOURS โ This four-hour evening food feast winds through the old medina and along the seafront. The evening begins by the port with some of Essaouiraโs most distinctive coastal flavours: buttery sea urchin and briny sea conch, followed by citrus-bright anchovy and shrimp ceviches. From there, the walk moves into the medina and souk for warming bowls of harira, flaky msemmen flatbreads, and sweet bites like honeyed chebakia and crisp sfenj pulled straight from the oil.
As night settles in, the feast continues. Taste shrimp cooked with spices and preserved lemon, aromatic escargot broth simmered with herbs, smoky grilled fish, and Moroccan stews like calamari with tomato.
