Chef Duyên learnt everything she knows about Northern Vietnamese cuisine from her mother. Later she attended culinary college to perfect her skills, founded a local cooking centre to teach children to cook and appeared alongside Gordan Ramsey in his TV hit Ramsay's Asian Adventures.

Meeting point
