BUENOS AIRES FOOD TOUR - The evening edition begins in the colourful streets of La Boca and makes its way north to historic San Telmo, following the city's food culture through neighbourhood spots, corner bars and classic grills. Along the way, you'll graze on 10+ tastings that show how porteรฑos really eat in the evening.
The tour starts with old-school baked empanadas from a no-frills local spot, flaky cebolla y queso and classic carne. Late afternoon bites appear early too, with handmade alfajores and alfajores de maicena, enjoyed the local way alongside a shared round of yerba mate.
From there, dinner shifts into heartier territory. Sit down to a proper milanesa napolitana, breaded beef topped melted mozzarella, before stopping by a neighbourhood bar for lengua a la vinagreta, porotos y vinagre, and a glass of vermouth y soda, a Buenos Aires evening staple. The tour follows with choripรกn dressed in chimichurri, slices of fugazza rellena, and fainรก, the chickpea flatbread inseparable from porteรฑo pizza culture.
