Bangkok food tour

Hop on one of Bangkok’s water taxis for a short cruise along the klong canals to an old district of the city rooted in tradition, community and food. Get set for the best Bangkok food tour in town.

Our Bangkok food tours have been voted the no.1 culinary experiences in the city on Tripadvisor.

Wander through this peaceful neighbourhood where you're unlikely to see another traveller and tackle a century old food market that's been feeding hot lunches to locals in the know since 1899.

We won’t spoil the 14+ palette-teasing tastings on our Bangkok food tour, but a sneak peek includes khanom buang yuan, crispy Asian mung bean crepes stuffed with tofu, ginger, young coconut meat and a pineapple vinegar and coconut sugar dressing.

Then there’s miang kham, betel leaves wrapped around toasted coconut, peanuts, shallots, lime and sweet tamarind, na dpet grob roasted duck from a shophouse eatery which has changed in generations, and kuay jab peppery broth with rice noodles.

Don’t even get us started on the tour’s sweet tastings. Khanom tuay steamed coconut pudding and khanom mo kaeng mung bean and coconut flan are this district’s specialities.

Why this tour is awesome

Don't know where to eat in Bangkok? Join our Bangkok food tour and your taste buds won't regret it. Once the entertainment hub of the capital, this area is still the only place in the city where women are trained in the art of traditional Thai dance and you'll see the remnants of Bangkok's oldest silent cinema. It's also one of the best places in the capital to eat.

Full on your preferred date? How about our evening Bangkok food tour?
